Bylaws

Bylaws is a term that refers to the rules adopted to govern the internal affairs or actions of a corporation. Generally, bylaws are adopted by the shareholders or the board of directors of a corporation and include procedures for holding meetings and electing the board of directors and officers. The bylaws also used to set out the duties and powers of the corporation's board of directors and officers.
